- We offer a nationwide delivery service using a third-party pallet network. Please note that all delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates only.
- We will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date.
- £59.99 on all tile orders, 3-5 working day delivery time.
- £17.99 on all fixing product orders, 3-5 day delivery time.
- We can only deliver to addresses in the UK.
- Special order/Back order items usually take 2-3 weeks to land in the UK, we aim to deliver 2 days after their arrival.
- Deliveries will be made by 3rd party courier on a wooden pallet.
- Small cut samples will be delivered by recorded post and typically take 3-5 working days to arrive.
- We thoroughly check your order before dispatch, however if you notice any damages please let us know within 24 hours so we can send replacements.
- Do not book a tiler or any other tradesperson until you have received your full order and are satisfied with the Product. We will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred to you through late or incorrect delivery.
