Tiles are produced in batches and there may be shade and size variation from batch to batch. Please bear in mind that your sample tile may be from a different batch to your actual order. All prices are to a square metre, all orders must be placed in meters. For example; 10m2 would = 10 quantity.
Any images of our Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort possible to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will reflect the colour of the Products accurately. The Products delivered to you may vary slightly from the images.
The measurements of our Products are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of tiles, all sizes, weights and measurements listed on our site may vary.
Please check your Products carefully before fixing for any manufacturing defect or shade variation. We cannot accept any responsibility once Products have been fixed. Fixing Products to a substrate means you have accepted the Products in their present state and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
Our Products are intended for domestic use in the UK and we give no guarantee in respect of their use for commercial purposes.
Stock availability and delivery dates provided on the website or by any form are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Special order items typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive, sometimes this may take longer due to weather over seas and congestion at the ports.
Our stocked items will be delivered within 3-5 working days via courier.
Returns
Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative & glazed materials we operate a non-return policy, especially for special order items. This also applys to “fixing products” and “accessories”. It should be noted that any surplus tiles & materials cannot be returned and is customer responsibility to make sure that the correct amount is ordered in correlation to measured area. Surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.
Once the goods have been received and signed for by the customer, should anything be wrong it is then the customers responsibilities to raise any concerns and get the goods back to us.
